IGNITION. TRACTION. ASCENT.
Lunsad offers business registration and growth programs Philippines founders use at every stage of their business: Ignition for new founders registering from scratch, Traction for SMEs 1 to 5 years in that need steady compliance and HR routines, and Ascent for growing companies preparing for investors or bank loans. Across every program, we process checklists, coordinate filings in the right order, and supply market research so you do not switch advisers every time you grow.
DTI or SEC first, then Barangay, Mayor’s Permit, and BIR. Skip the sequence and you pay twice.
You always see what is checked, what is filed, and what follows under each agency’s Citizen’s Charter.
ClearSight local survey cross-tabs and the one-page A4 Competitor Snapshot give you real numbers.
One partner from your first business name to corporate governance and growth capital readiness.
What Is Available Today Under the Founding Client Program?
While Lunsad’s BIR registration and Mayor’s Permit are pending (and permit coordination services are parked), we are offering free marketing consultation, a Facebook Page and Messenger FAQ setup, 3 brand graphics, and a 2 to 3 week QR customer satisfaction survey to 5 founding clients. There is no fee for Lunsad’s work, and we do not issue BIR official receipts or invoices yet. Send us your company briefer and we’ll let you know if you’ve been chosen.

Lunsad processes checklists, coordinates steps, and gives insights. You or your licensed professionals (CPA, accredited tax agent, corporate secretary, or lawyer) prepare and sign the documents.
How are government fees handled?
All government filing fees, barangay and LGU assessments, notarial fees, and BIR-accredited printer costs are separate and passed through at cost against official receipts in your business name. Lunsad is not yet BIR-registered and does not issue its own official receipts or invoices yet.
